With our aggressive marketing and sales systems, we source houses that are typically in need of repairs and have issues such as foreclosure, code violations, property tax liens, probate or other forms of distress. Because most of the houses we acquire have some sort of issues, we are able to get them at a great discount and we’re about to create great deals for you! We put the properties under contract and then assign them to serious buyers with cash or hard money that will either flip them or use them as a rental property. We love a smooth, quick transaction where everyone gets what they were promised.
